Commission Policy
Each Bond & Brush portrait is a one-of-a-kind artwork, thoughtfully created in my signature artistic style to celebrate the unique bond between pets and their people.
Creative Process
Each commission includes one preliminary sketch to confirm composition, mood, and overall vision. This is the stage for client feedback and alignment.
Once the sketch is approved, the painting process begins. From this point forward, no additional progress updates are provided. Early stages of a painting are intentionally loose and exploratory, and limiting updates allows the piece to fully develop as intended. The next update shared will be the completed artwork.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to the sketch phase only. Once the sketch is approved and painting begins, revisions are no longer available.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your commission and reflects time invested in concept development and painting. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Artistic Fit
My goal is always to create artwork that brings joy and meaning. In the rare case that it becomes clear my artistic style is not the right fit, the project may be respectfully concluded, with compensation reflecting work already completed.
